Commercial Security

Security designed around how your building is used.

Cameras, door access, alarms and intercom, planned as one system for your entrances, hours and people. Designed and installed in New Mexico.

Where we deliver this

Onsite
Designed and installed in New Mexico.
Note
Professional monitoring begins only after an agreement is signed and the account is activated.

Start with the questions you'll need answered.

Good security design begins with the moments that matter in your building, then chooses equipment to cover them.

"Who came in after hours?"

Door access records each credential and time, and a camera at the same door shows who was holding it.

Access controlCameras

"Someone's at the front door."

A video intercom lets staff see and talk to the visitor, then unlock the door without leaving their desk.

IntercomAccess control

"An employee left today."

Their credential can be switched off the moment they leave. No rekeying, and no wondering who still has a key.

Access control

"What happened at the loading door?"

Cameras placed and set to capture usable detail, with enough recording kept to look back as far as you need.

CamerasRecording

One system, drawn on your floor plan.

Before installation you get a layout showing each camera, reader, sensor and cable run, so you can see the coverage and question it while it's still a drawing.

Notification, monitoring and response are different things.

It's worth knowing which one you're paying for before an alarm goes off.

Notification

The system alerts the people you choose, on their phones. Someone on your side decides what to do.

Configured during setup, where the platform supports it. Some platforms need a service plan.

Professional monitoring

A monitoring center receives alarm signals around the clock and follows the call list and procedures in your agreement.

Separate agreement, starts on activation

Emergency response

Police, fire or medical dispatch is decided by the monitoring center's procedures and by local agencies. It isn't something any installer can guarantee.

Depends on the monitoring agreement and local rules

What a project includes

  1. Site walk. Entrances, sight lines, existing wiring and how people move through the building.
  2. Design and quote. Device layout, equipment list, recording retention and monitoring options.
  3. Installation and configuration. Every camera, reader and sensor mounted, connected and set up.
  4. Testing and handoff. Each device tested, users set up, and a walkthrough with your team.
  5. Records. A copy of the layout showing what's installed where.

Handled separately

  • New electrical circuits. A licensed electrician does that work, and we coordinate the schedule.
  • Door hardware and locksmith work beyond the access control parts in your scope.
  • Guard services.

What affects the price

  • Number of doors, openings and cameras
  • Ceiling heights, construction and cable paths
  • How long recordings must be kept
  • Credential type and monitoring options

Questions

Can you work with the system we already have?

Often. We'll look at what's installed and tell you what can stay, what should be replaced and why. Some older equipment costs more to keep than to replace, and we'll show you that comparison.

Does buying a system include monitoring?

No. Monitoring is a separate service with its own agreement and start date. Until it's activated, alarms notify only the people and devices you've set up.

Do you install security systems in homes?

Yes, in New Mexico. Homes get the same design and documentation. Tell us about your home.

Where can cameras go?

Placement has to respect privacy, especially in restrooms, break rooms and anywhere audio might be recorded, and local rules apply. We'll point out concerns during design. For legal questions about workplace recording, check with your attorney.

Do you install outside New Mexico?

Not at this time. Security systems are designed and installed in New Mexico.

Start with a walkthrough.

Tell us about the building and what you're trying to protect. We'll come back with a device layout and a written quote.
