Technology. Security. Confidence.

One partner for your technology, security, and connected spaces.

We design, install and support the systems a building runs on: the network and Wi-Fi, IT and cybersecurity, cameras and door access, lighting and climate control. Planned by one team, so they work together from the first day.

Eight services, planned as one.

Most projects touch two or three of these. A new office needs cabling, Wi-Fi, cameras and accounts on day one, and it's easier when one team owns the whole list.

How a project runs, from walkthrough to handoff.

  1. Walk the site

We see the space, the closet and what's already on the walls before recommending anything.

  2. Write the scope

Device locations, equipment, schedule and price in writing. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  3. Install and test

Scheduled around your business. We test the systems and connections we install or configure before handoff.

  4. Hand it over

A walkthrough for the people who'll use it, plus the records you need to keep it running.

What you keep at handoff

  • Labels that match the records. Cables, ports and devices are labeled the same way they're documented.
  • Admin access set up in your organization's name wherever the platform allows. Where a platform works differently, we tell you who holds access and how it changes hands.
  • A plain-language summary. What was installed, where it is and who to call about it.

Websites & Digital Presence

You're looking at our website work.

We design and build websites for businesses that need to be found, understood and contacted. This site is the first example we can show you, and the notes beside it are true of how it was made.

How we build websites
  • PagesBuilt ahead of time as plain HTML, so content loads without waiting on a script.
  • TypeThe brand typeface, Plus Jakarta Sans, served from this domain rather than a font service.
  • MotionTransitions follow your device's reduce-motion setting and never hold back content.
  • AccessKeyboard navigation, visible focus and labeled forms, checked by hand and with automated tests.
  • TrackingNo analytics or third-party scripts on this preview.

About AMP Echelon

One point of contact, from the first conversation through support.

You'll have one point of contact from the first conversation through support, so you aren't re-explaining your building every time you call. Before any work begins you get a written scope, and you get straight answers about cost, limits and timing, including when a project isn't a good fit for us.

When part of a job needs someone else, like a licensed electrician, a carrier or a monitoring center, we say so in the proposal and coordinate them. See how the services fit together.

Based in New Mexico, AMP Echelon brings technology, security and connected spaces together, with select services available nationwide. Installation and onsite support happen in New Mexico. The services that can be done remotely are marked in the table.

Questions people ask first

Where do you work?

We're based in New Mexico, and that's where we do onsite work: installations, cabling, security systems and in-person IT support. Microsoft 365, websites and some remote IT work don't need us in the building, so we can take those on elsewhere in the U.S. by agreement. The table above shows each service.

Why use one company for IT, security and cabling?

Cameras, door readers, phones and Wi-Fi all run on the same network and usually share the same closet. When one team plans them together, the cable runs, power, switch ports and access settings are decided once instead of argued about later. Where a project needs a carrier, a monitoring center or a licensed electrician, we say so in the proposal and coordinate them.

How is a project priced?

By scope. The main factors are the size of the space, how many users or devices are involved, what's already installed and whether we're working in an occupied building. After a walkthrough or a review of your plans, you get a written scope and quote. Work starts after you approve it.

Is support available around the clock?

Alarm monitoring can run 24 hours a day when it's part of your agreement and the account has been activated. IT support hours and response targets are separate, and they're written into each IT agreement rather than assumed.

What should I have ready before we talk?

The address, a rough count of people and devices, what isn't working today and when you need it done. A floor plan or a few photos help a lot with security and cabling. If you don't have all of that yet, that's fine. Sorting it out is part of the first conversation.

Tell us about the building.

Share the address, the people who use it and what isn't working. We'll come back with a sensible next step.
